VA Airline Training at Cambridge UK offer simulator training in their brand new A320 flight simulator. The simulator is a MPS A320 FTD 1 Fixed Based Simulator and is qualified to both UKCAA and EASA.

The A320 FTD 1 is suited for a variety of training such as recruitment assessment, multi-crew cooperation, jet orientation, type rating, operator conversion, command upgrade, refresher, upset recovery, maintenance training, Cat C airport familiarization, and regular controlled training.

VA Airline Training can offer the following A320 simulator training:

APS MCC
A320 Type rating
Flight Simulator Assessment Preparation (FSAP)
A320 simulator dry lease (without instructor)

VA's Flight Simulator Assessment Prep (fsap) is offered with 2,3 or 4 hour packages. All include a 1 hour brief and 2/3/4 hours sim time with a 30m debrief.

VA Airline Training tailor the sessions to the client’s needs and what they would like to achieve and have all of the airline profiles.

A320 Simulator dry lease

When booking dry lease the A320 flight simulator can be booked in 1 hour slots and is available up to 24 hours a day (subject to courses running at the time of the booking).

Simulator instructor will require a 30 minute iOS introduction prior to operating the simulator, this must be pre-booked. Type rated pilot may book self-fly hours (in preparation to LPC/OPC etc.).

Whats included in the booking?

1 hour access to briefing rooms for pre-flight briefing and 30 minutes access to briefing rooms for de-briefing. Whiteboard/flip-chart available (PC with TV upon request).
